Christmas at Building Up Lives Foundation

Executive Director/Founder JulieAnn Stewart-Cleaveland and Retired CHP Officer Armando Pedroza met at Building Up Lives Foundation. Armando was donating Dog Food after COVID, he started to volunteer, six months later they were secretly married. Six months after that they had their wedding. Both of them laugh at how they met, how they married, and the steps to life together. They married at the courthouse after they been digging in the yard all day and dirty. Armando told JulieAnn to pick any ring she wanted. Her ring was on clearance at Walmart…she rather help people: and that they do!!
